Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be damaged, You will need to send us an email of the delivery in the current state it arrived in and returned to us for further inspection. keep the original packaging that your item was posted in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. if your parcel has been damaged in transit please keep all of the packaging as this will be needed as evidence for the postal service. 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not allow exchanges for change of mind as the items are made to order and personalised.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
